- DISCLOSURE
OF INFORMATION. In accordance with its objectives, the Association will
never willfully disclose e-mail or postal addresses or telephone numbers
of its registrants to any third party other than:
- Fellow
Jose Marti registrants
- Alumni
who are planning Jose Marti
reunions
- Distributors
of Jose Marti Alumni publications
- Jose Marti Technical High School
Reunion planners may reprint class lists for distribution at or
following reunions.
Class newsletters, at the discretion of their
editors, may include addresses and other information about registrants and
other persons.
Upon request from a person who is registered
with the Association, and at the discretion of the Association, information may
be disclosed that will enable that person to contact other Jose Marti alumni’s.
The Association endeavors to prevent the
unauthorized publication of addresses of registrants, but personal information,
other than addresses, provided to the Association may be published in its
newsletters or on its web site.
PUBLIC FORUMS. As with any public forum, any
information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public. Participants
should exercise caution in deciding to disclose any personal information.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION. Information in our
records may be gathered from the individual registrants or from other sources,
and therefore there can be no guarantee of its accuracy.
REMOVAL. If you wish to have your registration
removed from our central mailing index for any reason, or to have information
changed, please contact us. CHILDREN. Protecting the privacy of the very
young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information
from those we actually know are under the age of 13, and no part of our
organization is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13. |
